AscendHQ LLC ("AscendHQ," "we," "us") runs the Full-Time Coach Scorecard and ascendhq.net. This policy explains what we collect when you use it, how we use it, and your choices.

What we collect

• Information you give us: your first name, email address, mobile phone number, Instagram handle (optional), and your answers to the quiz questions.
• Information we create from your answers: your score, tier, top bottlenecks, and follow-up category.
• Booking information: if you book a call, the time you booked and the related calendar event details.
• Technical and usage information: pages you visit, the ad or link that brought you here (UTM parameters), your browser and device type, and similar information collected through cookies and pixels.

How we use it

• To show you your results and personalized next steps.
• To contact you by email and text message about your results, your strategy call, and AscendHQ coaching programs.
• To schedule and prepare for your strategy call.
• To measure and improve our ads and website.
• To keep our site secure and comply with the law.

Text messages

If you agree to receive texts, we will send messages about your results and our services to the number you provide. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of any purchase. We do not sell or share your phone number or text-messaging consent with third parties for their own marketing.

Cookies and the Meta Pixel

We use the Meta Pixel and similar technologies to understand how people use our site and to measure and improve our advertising on Facebook and Instagram. Meta may collect information such as your IP address, browser information, and the pages you view or actions you take on our site, and may use it according to its own Data Policy. You can manage ad preferences in your Facebook and Instagram settings, and you can block or delete cookies in your browser. Where the law requires consent, these tools only run after you agree.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run the scorecard and our business, such as our website hosting and database provider, our CRM and email/text messaging platform, our scheduling tool (Calendly), and Meta for advertising measurement. They may use it only to provide services to us. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights. We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services and follow up with you, or as required by law, and then delete or anonymize it.

Your choices and rights

You can unsubscribe from emails using the link in any email and stop texts by replying STOP. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information by emailing dillonduncan287@gmail.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law.

Children

The scorecard is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows when it last changed.
